The total staff provided by us will be on our pay rolls and you will not be required to make any direct/ indirect payments to them in any way. We will make the payment to our staff maximum by 7th of every next month. We shall be responsible for meeting their entitlements and benefits. You will not be liable for all these. We have well trained and qualified supervisors, competent managerial cadre and legal experts etc, who develop and give s sense of pride that during the course of our business. We have never faced any labour unrest. Our personnel’s are strictly prohibited to join any union. They are not allowed to mix up with any other undesirable elements and our employees are covered by the ESI & EPF.
